PHEW! PIA WURTZBACH ALMOST GOT STUCK IN AN ELEVATOR IN PARIS
Have you ever been stuck inside an elevator? Can you imagine being stuck there? Or can your claustrophobic self just not survive only thinking about it? For Pia Wurtzbach, she doesn't have to imagine it because she experienced it firsthand—and in Paris, no less.
Facts first: we were so invested in watching Pia's latest Instagram video as it showed an unforgettable experience of hers and her team during their most recent Paris Haute Couture Week stint.
As we all know, Paris Fashion Week occurs four times every year. It has different categories under it—one of which is the Haute Couture Week, which is a biannual fashion event that mostly features all the high fashion designs from the most luxurious brands in the industry. According to Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), the Haute Couture Week is an invite-only event for brands selected by the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture Committee.
The beauty queen welcomed the month of July with a hilarious IG upload, which her followers surely loved and feared as well.
Pia captioned her post, "Thought we only saw this in movies. Here's another adventure with @sarahwurtzbach and @magicliwanag…on his birthday!" Sarah Wurtzbach is her sister, and Magic Liwanag is her regular cameraman during her fashion trips.
She even asked, "What would you do if you got stuck in an elevator?" But, seriously, what would you do if you were stuck in an elevator just like Pia? 'Coz Pia surely showed some calm and composed demeanor toward the not-so-incredible episode of her life.

How Pia Wurtzbach handled the elevator incident in Paris
It was a normal fashion day for Pia and her team. At some parts of the video, they noted that they were kinda rushing to Pia's first show appearance. That was a couple of minutes before they noticed that the lift was not moving at all.
They kept on pressing the elevator's buttons, but none of it was working. So, there they were were—Pia, Sarah, and Magic, trying to figure out how can they leave the elevator and move on with their jam-packed day in Paris.
Pia expressed, "All you can do is smile. All you can do is laugh about it, right?" True enough, she even made fun of their situation. That's all while they were trying to contact other members of their team to let the hotel's security know that they were stuck in the elevator.
We're guessing that's really the ultimate tip in making it through some unfortunate events in life: keep calm and focus on the fun part? LOL!
Pia couldn't believe that it was happening to them—literally minutes before their first event. Sarah lamented, "It seems you're not gonna make it to your first show."
Agreeing, Pia can't help but also show sadness over the imminent chance of missing a show. "But it's not because I'm late...," she sadly stated while squatting down inside a motionless elevator.
Thankfully, after around 10 to 15 minutes of having no idea if the elevator's gonna work, Pia and her team finally got out of it. Sighs of relief were thrown when the lift's door fortunately opened.
As soon as they reached the outside world (LOL), Pia asked, "Do you smell that?" And Sarah humorously responded, "Yes. I smell success." Truly, they successfully overcame that scary situation. It was such an adventure to watch too!
