Cebu Pacific Expects Full Recovery in 2023

During a press conference on January 25, Cebu Pacific President and Chief Commercial Officer Xander Lao said that the airline expects to make 100% restoration of its pre-pandemic network and capacity by March. This is signaled by the restoration of flights to 25 international destinations in 14 countries as well as an increase in the frequency of international flights.

These Cebu Pacific international routes will have more flights:

  • Manila - Bangkok - Manila - from 14x weekly to 18x weekly (by March)
  • Manila - Brunei - Manila - from twice a week to four times a week (by March)
  • Manila - Sydney - Manila - from four times a week to five times a week (by March)
  • Manila - Guangzhou - Manila - from once a week to twice a week (by January)

These Cebu Pacific international routes will resume this year:

  • Manila – Melbourne – Manila - thrice a week by March 26
  • Manila – Macau – Manila - thrice a week by March
  • Manila – Shanghai – Manila - once a week by January 19
  • Manila – Shenzhen – Manila - once a week by January 29
  • Manila – Xiamen – Manila - once a week by February
