Travelers who cross into the Mountain Time Zone can snag a free Mountain Dew soda — here's how
Mountain Dew is raising a glass to the Mountain Time Zone.
The soda brand is giving anyone who crosses into the Mountain Time Zone in the next four months a free Mountain Dew.
Now through Dec. 31, travelers who pass through that part of the country can earn a voucher for a free 20 oz. Mountain Dew in any flavor. All fans have to do is register ahead of their travels on WelcometoMTNTime.com. Then, once in the time zone, the registered soda lovers just have to revisit the website to score the coupon. There is a limit of one free soda per registered email.
The Mountain Time Zone area includes part or all of the following states: Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota and Texas.
Dairy Queen has their own freebies, but these are available in any time zone.
In celebration of their fall Blizzard menu, the ice cream chain has a buy-one-get-one-free deal from Sept. 9 to Sept. 22. Customers can buy one Blizzard and get another of “equal or lesser value” when ordering in the chain’s app, per a press release.

Dairy Queen’s seasonal Blizzard lineup includes one new choice: the caramel java chip Blizzard. It’s made with coffee, choco-espresso crunch pieces and caramel all blended in soft serve ice cream.
Otherwise, the menu is full of returning favorites. The pumpkin pie Blizzard, French silk pie Blizzard, Oreo fudge brownie Blizzard, salted caramel truffle Blizzard, Reese’s Pieces cookie dough Blizzard and the Royal NY cheesecake Blizzard are also available for the BOGO deal.
