A NEW LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL IS ON TRACK TO OPEN IN MALL OF ASIA THIS 2023

Lanson Place, a familiar name in Hong Kong hospitality, is opening its first property in the Philippines later this year. Lanson Place Mall of Asia was first announced in July 2019, and after four years, the new boutique hotel is scheduled to open within the sprawling Mall of Asia grounds in Pasay City.

The new hotel property is a partnership between Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited (LPHML) and SM Hotels and Conventions Corp., which is a unit of the Sy family’s SM Investments Corp. It will have 247 hotel rooms and 142 serviced residences and located in the same area as the SMX Convention Center, Ikea, the Mall of Asia Arena, and of course, the SM Mall of Asia itself. Using NAIAX, the property is also just 15 minutes away from the airport.
